Likewise, the Micro Hoe can be used to dig trenches for electrical and water lines, irrigation and drainage systems, planting bushes and trees and for digging small ponds and water features, to name just a few of it's possible uses. if you would like to build your own loader or backhoe, you've come to the right place. our CAD designs are professionally drawn, do-it-yourself friendly and priced right for your construction budget. all orders are shipped out the next business day. individual plans are sent by First Class mail and the combination sets ship by Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. international orders are sent by Air mail with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 days. every set of plans includes: 1. the prototype 2008 extend-a-hoe project is coming along nicely. it's basically the same micro hoe with a beefed up boom and a telescoping crowd arm. the digging depth has increased from 5.5 ft. up to a maximum of 7.5 ft with a 10 ft horizontal reach and 9.5 ft verticle reach. i've also enlarged the stabilizer feet to 8" x 9". as you can see it still has the 170 degree boom rotation and arched main boom that has made this design so popular.
